We arrived at 11pm and the staff came running, helping with the luggage and smooth check-in. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, clean, great shower . Breakfast was tasty and plenty of different dishes served to the table. Location is great, near the market, the museums and many eateries. From the terrace we overlooked the Balikligöl Park with the castle behind. Friendly staff. We liked this hotel and would stay here again.

This was a lovely and unique hotel. The pictures are accurate. The breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety. The staff at the breakfast buffet worked hard to make sure the dining rooms were immaculately clean and ke fresh food coming.

A beautiful and historic hotel with wonderful staff and service. The complimentary breakfasts were delicious and Hala went above and beyond giving us water, tea, and even special tea when our stomachs were off. Rooms spacious and common areas: courtyards, roof terrace, lovely to spend time in, even when weather hot!

The hotel is beautiful and located next to everything so you can walk. My bed and pillows were very comfortable. The food was delicious. I will say that the WiFi needs improvement. My favorite part about my stay was the staff. So friendly and helpful. I had a memorable stay.

Hotel is great but smoking is a big problem in the hotel, it smells everywhere, day and night. I know everybody smokes in Turkiye and is difficult, but if you are a non-smoker or have respiratory issues (allergies, Asthma) I would not recommend staying here.

My sister and I spent two nights at this hotel, service was amazing, room was very clean and so was the bathroom, no mold , no bad smell, beds and pillows very comfortable and room extremely spacious . No issues finding parking for our car, they helped us park right in front of the hotel. I absolutely recommend this hotel. Nothing fancy , but totally comfortable. Just don’t expect much for breakfast, it is very basic to just have a bite before you leave for the day,

This is a wonderful stay. The people, the location, the facilities, were all great. Parking was a bit of a challenge but, the awesome guy at the front desk took care of all that. The wonderful manager lady was so charming and helpful. The owner was even there and helped me with travel advice in the areas I was headed to. I did a 3 night stay and the room was good for me.
