"No shampoo or soap!"

"The staff were pleasant and the pool area was OK. Location of the hotel was good. However on the second floor the decor was in need of a lot of improvement. The carpet was threadbare in places; the corridor and our room 223 had paint flaking off in places; the curtains were in need of replacement and were tattily drawn which looked a mess. The bathroom only had one narrow shelf above the toilet which meant there was nowhere to put your toiletries. Finally thought paying £10 per night for car...

"We stayed for 3 nights which was just about right and stayed at the King Deluxe room that was big and spacious. The staff were very attentive and helpful were ever it was need. The breakfast was nice but repetitive, and dinner was nice too. We had a spa day on the day of us leaving which was really nice (fee required). If you want to go out, there's lot to do at Conwy, sightseeing, restaurants, boat trips, castle and lots more to do. Overall we had a lovely time and would highly recommend."

"The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was a bit tired overall it was a nice relaxing stay. One thing was that we didn’t find out from Expedia that the hotel had scaffold all around it until we’d paid for the room, a bit naughty but still the weather was good and the breakfast was nice "

"Lovely big room and cool too with the current heat wave, everything you need and shower was good too and room was clean Comfy bed and we slept so well and very peaceful during the night coukdnt hear no traffic and we had the window open Breakfast was help yourself to cereals, croissants, yogurts and fresh juice at the bottom of the stairs and we enjoyed this.
