"The hotel is in a beautiful location and has amazing decor.
The swimming pool is lovely, but we could not access a sun bed or chair around the pool as they were all taken. Lots of people leave their towels on the sunbeds and do not return for hours."
"This was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in.
While the reception staff were very good and helpful all the other staff were terrible.
We did not use the housekeeping staff so do not include them in our comments.
For the rest they were surly, slow and lacked basic training. There was no sign that they were effectively managed or indeed managed at all. They showed no interest in their jobs
Then we come to the food. Oh my god you could not imagine anything worse. The breakfast hot...
"A great little find! The hotel is beautifully renovated, matching the surrounding nature, and has a lovely restaurant that’s open daily. The beef stifado was excellent! The breakfast was also very generous. The rooms are decent size, with bathrooms on the smaller side, but perfectly fine if you’re not planning on spending most of your time at the hotel.
"I like Eden apartments, but my first stay back in February was far better than this time. I prefer not to say anything for this trip as they have asvised me that they had some kind of upgrade in communications. I should visit them next month again and will be able to rate them better.
*clean room
* as shown in the adv
* simple self check in/check out
*50 meters from the beach
Like I said they had some communication problems this time but the rest is always a garantee."
