"I really enjoyed my stay here. This hotel is at a perfect location. You can easily walk to the major sights of Florence and even airport travel is a snap as a 20 minute tram ride drops you right by the hotel. The airport travel to the hotel and back to the airport was among the simplest I’ve ever experienced in any city and you can’t beat the cheap cost either.

"The location is fantastic - right in the middle of a central part of historic Florence with great sites, shopping and food. It was 104F while we were there and our first night, the AC in our room did not work despite being told at check-in and later that it would be fixed by 20:00. We were told there were no other rooms available and had to beg for a fan. The AC was going to be fixed the next day and by 17:30, it was still not fixed and had to demand a new room. "Superb location! Minutes away from major attractions, so we were able to go back to the hotel multiple times during the day to freshen up and cool down in the hot temperature this August. Breakfast selection was good, room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. The receptionists there were very friendly and helpful too. We loved our stay here while in Florence."
"Strong smell in hallway and room. Not a foul smell just an unpleasant strong perfume type of smell. No in room coffee maker or full length mirror. Bathroom window wouldn’t shut all the way and mosquitoes were getting in, not to mention the sounds from the busy square below. Ugly wall paper too. Just ok. Wouldn’t stay again. Breakfast servers were super nice and the cappuccino in the morning was a highlight!"
