"Front desk, staff and manager, we’re very helpful in managing and finding a solution to an issue I had and for that I am grateful. The property was gorgeous beautifully and tastefully decorated. However, you are near the monkey forest so they will be around the hotel, but they do not bother anyone unless you have eye contact with them which is not good so just keep walking. Great area as well lots of food to eat and things to do like the swing and zip line. They also have a restaurant and a...
"Absoloutley loved our stay at Samhita Garden. We stayed in the Private Pool Villa, the photos on the website do not do it justice. The private pool was the perfect size for the two of us to relax, there was plenty of outdoor seating too. The villa was beautiful, great size bathroom with an enormous bath. The villa was also incredibly quiet, other than occasionaly another guest walking past we were in our own world.
Breakfast was great, eggs and fresh juice made to order, plus a range of fruit,...
"This resort was amazing we had a room with our own private pool this was worth the experience .
So clean and neat , the gardens and surrounds well maintained. The property is large and steep to walk around , it is so central located to all Ubud has to offer . Would recommend and stay again"
"Staff were fantastic . Unfortunately plumbing went awry and our.room stunk of sewerage, getting so bad we had to ask the move rooms. Staff were happy to accommodate this but we had to ask as the cleaning staff just acted like the room was fine.
No hot water on the last day. Quiet and out of the way but obviously has both some teething and ongoing maintenance issues. These things ruined our stay there."
"An Exceptional Stay at Sapodilla Ubud!
My stay at Sapodilla Ubud was truly wonderful. The hotel offers an outstanding combination of comfort, beautiful facilities, and exceptional hospitality. What really makes this place special is the staff, who are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile.
I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful little surprises and complimentary extras throughout the stay. These personal touches made the experience feel extra...
