Comfortable modern hotel with great breakfast.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that helped arrange long-term parking and answered many questions that we had. Great location near restaurants, shopping and old town square.

Wonderful, peaceful stay. A great break out in nature. The restaurant is amazing and the staff are all extremely helpful.

Great location in Kaiserslautern. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. There is no elevator so 2nd floor is four flights up. It was good exercise for us but any one with back, knee or frail will want to think twice. Also like many European hotels, the shower is tiny. But staff is so helpful and had great communication. I would stay again.

Very friendly host. Easy street parking. Clean and comfortable room. Very nice breakfast but wish it was included in price of room.

Extremely friendly staff and very clean room. Loved the breakfast that in part was made to order. Would Highly recommend!!

Komme jederzeit wieder. Super Frühstück, super Gegend.

Very pleasant staff and breakfast was good.

When I arrived I asked for assistance in getting my bags out of my car. They were there locked split. Next morning - the same thing- in no time flat they came up to my room to assist me. I might add that I have to use a cane to ambulate. Everything was very clean. The staff was very helpful...

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, very nice breakfast

This was my first time staying at a European hotel so I wasn't sure what to expect. Checkin was different from my previous hotel experiences in that your credit card is not taken until you are ready to check out. It's a good thing that one can have payment processed the day before checkout as the front desk does not open until 8AM on the weekends. Keys are simply left at the front desk on the day of checkout if the desk was closed. I loved the breakfast as it's quite better than the usual...

We loved our night here! The hotel was really clean and in a fun location. Our room was in the basement but had a nice walk out patio. The town was beautiful and very quiet. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the fantastic selection of food.

I was recommended this hotel from friends and I am glad I stayed here. By FAR the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Germany as an American. Very kind, friendly, and helpful owner with his family here. Free breakfast with a great selection and spread of foods, drinks, coffee etc. The room was immaculately clean, as is the entire property. Bathroom is very nice, excellent hot water. Very well heated. Comfortable bed and clean sheets. The tv was good easy to use. I will 100% stay here again in...

The owner does not speak English, so there is a language barrier. He is very nice and helpful and really shows he cares

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

It was a nicely maintained property with up to date facilities. I did not like the set up of the room. The headboard was near a slanted roof. I was afraid I was going to get up in the middle of the night and bump my head so I slept with my head at the foot of the bed.

No staff to meet at hotel so cant be reviewed. We have stayed at this hotel several times. Easy parking. Large rooms. Good water pressure in shower. Quiet hotel.
