"Check it was good, but when we asked if a full bat/restaurant was available, the young man who chin us in was very annoyed to tell us about the nice restaurant/bar they had on the 18th floor. We were very happy about that so after freshening up after a long travel day, we headed to the place he recommended only to be very sad and upset that it was closed. We decided to have a drink at the hotel bar downstairs and it was blah. After staying at another property in Osaka, this one was mediocre...

"從高松機場乘搭機場巴士到中新町下車，車站就在酒店旁邊，非常方便。入住時用自助機自助登記，可選擇自己的語言，自己核對入住資料和掃描護照即可，但職員亦會從旁觀察協助。房間整潔，每天都有人清潔，床單被褥隔天更換，但有需要可要求每天更換。酒店還包免費早餐，選擇不多，有沙律、麵包、湯、飯、炒蛋、腸仔和4款熱食，但每天都會轉款式。反正早餐吃得不太多，每款取少許其實已經足夠。酒店距離琴電瓦町站約8分鐘步程，但琴電要15或30分鐘鐘才一班車，其實直接行20分鐘到JR高松站(琴電高松築港站)更方便。而酒店亦十分接近商店街，購物和食飯亦十分方便。"

"A lovely hotel, 15 min walk from the train station and close to ferry terminal. Bus from airport stops close by. Can walk to Ritsuin Gardens in 25 mins. Room was larger than Tokyo rooms, but still limited storage space as is the custom Breakfast was superb. Western & Japanese food in a buffet style. All staff were friendly and attentive."

"I loved everything about the hotel except the layout of the room. Having the toilet separate from the bath while the sink is in the main room next to the bed was strange."

"Absolutely loved staying here! It was super close to the station and staff was just wonderful. They were extremely helpful and was able to assist in finding a great place to grab lunch. Breakfast was also included so that helped get the day started. I would definitely stay here again!"
