"Misleading and disappointing
I booked this hotel for the “ocean view of white sand beaches” and instead found that it was a view of the concrete canal, that connected to the marina. The white sand beaches were 500 m down and around the corner. The check in instructions were also incorrect, as the desk was not attended and you had to call the number to get someone to open the door for you. The balcony is genuinely useful for drying clothes and towels. On-site parking is a major plus in Hossegor as street parking is a nightmare, though spaces fill quickly. The location itself is excellent and easily walkable to both the lake and town centre.

Check-in & Access: The door code didn't work. We had to trek back to reception, which is in a different building on a different street—information you only discover after arrival. They issued a replacement...

Poner tu bolsa de basura y al salir llevarla al contenedor.
Te piden que limpies el wc, la cocina, y que barras y friegues el suelo.
No dejan ni un gel de manos pero si tres escobas para limpiar y un sobre de fregasuelos.
Entonces en 17 horas que me dejan estar en el alojamiento que hago? Limpiar?

"We had a lovely family holiday here! Some of the reviews worried me a little bit i cant lie, but there was no need!! It was coean, comfortable and well suited for us. The pool was lovely, the beach was very pleasant. Thw staff were always friendly and helpful and the snack bar food was very nice x"
