"We ran our AC from the time we got there Friday around 4pm until we left Sunday morning and couldn’t tell a difference at all. It was very warm in the room. Wasn’t able to enjoy the outdoor seating area out side our room because of so many mosquitoes. The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast was “ok”. It was nice that they brought it to the room. Likes going out to visit with the horses. We were on the first floor and very noisy, heavy footed upstairs neighbors. Might want to install...
"Everything about the amenities was great. Nicely laid out. Beautiful landscaping and overnight lighting. Prime location. Nice private small sandy beach area and pool. Bikes available for use free. Luggage carts were helpful."
"The building was beautiful and the room decor was charming. Great pillows! Perfect location to walk around and explore Onancock.
I would strongly suggest the owners clean the showerhead as the water was spraying in every direction and clean the blinds on the windows as they were visibly quite dirty."
"Guys it’s a clean room with a bed that’s comfy. Typical motel layout but rooms are upscale. Looks shady af but overcome that and just say it’s beachy and you will love it!"

"Property was great and it is very close to the beach area as well as the wild ponies. Walkable to all the coffee shops and ice cream. Only downside, if you cook there is nothing locally good to eat but won’t hold it against the area, just preference. People were great and coffee shops were great. "
"This house was advertised as being able to fit 8 people.

The bar stool (for extra seating ) was so wobbly that no body dared to use it for fear of breaking.
The deck would have been nice, if there was a dining table and four more chairs (there were 2 dining chairs...
