"It is pretty and the people are nice and not intrusive. I was disappointed that they didn't have a real fridge in the room and nothing to reheat food with. But the food that they served there was really good!"

"Dinner buffet is really good. February temperature in the room with central heat was good. Hot water - plenty with central heating. Rooms are cosy and clean. Lobby, hallways not heated in the winter (story of the whole region), so you are stuck between room and restaurant. Upstairs is a nice bar on the roof top with pool table. Very quite in hotel. Nowhere to walk from it, hills are steap- in the same.time it's a great location - its peaceful . You need to take taxi to main Street and Dalai...

"The people at the front desk were not very friendly but the people in the dining room were very nice. The Mountain View consisted of wires, rooftops and dead trees. Not very pretty. Hot water in shower lasted only 10 minutes. Workers inside and out, noisy. Canceled the rest of my reservation. "

"There were no heating in the rooms on a very cold day, infact the owner wanted additional money for providing heaters for each room. Toilet paper on the room was soaking wet and quite disgusting Linens had blood stains and smelly Locks on the bedroom were very shaky and could be opened with any key. "Nice hotel with good views of the mountains. Clean and tidy. A challenge to find as it was outside the town up a winding road. The restaurant was dissapointing because the service was very slow and there was no atmosphere, although the food was good. However it is within a 10min walk of the town which has plenty of nice restaurants."
