"No ac in any of the rooms (like most other hotels) but we were under the impression that the room we booked would have ac- and it was during the heat wave"
"Everything was adequate for a stay near the train station. There was an issue with their computers that didn't allow them to program the room key, so the front desk would have to run up and open our door each time, which he did quite quickly. Room was a decent size and the air conditioning worked which was great for the hot day that we stayed there. Super close to the train station (5 minutes walk), we were able to catch our train easily."
"Cute hotel room with the classic German beam & stucco wall, and quiet with windows closed. Note there’s no A/C. Furnishings and decorating very dated. Bathroom was quite small with the smallest shampoo/bodywash bottles I’ve seen and barely enough for 2 people for 1 night.
Biggest issue was check-in, which was really confusing … no hotel sign on outside (9only the cafe) but it says hotel inside a door on the right side of the Laterne cafe. Signs said reception on next floor, but no one...
"A lovely traditional hotel in a beautiful village, we just wished we could have stayed another night. The staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was spotless and very comfortable. We ate in the hotel restaurant in the evening, it is an Italian restaurant, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. Great choice for breakfast in the morning too."
"Wunderschönes kleines Hotel im Herzen von Baden Baden. Freundlich, sauber mit einer tollen Bar und einem phantastischem Frühstück. Ich komme gerne wieder"
"Trevligt och rent småstadshotell med mindre pool i den lilla trädgården. Det som gjorde övernattningen minnesvärd var den fantastiska personalen som var både omtänksamma och varma i sitt bemötande."
