"Loud music 24/7 and they won’t turn it down even if you ask and the hotel was empty so I don’t understand why they behaved like this. Cleaners will shout down the corridor and flood the floors to clean in the afternoon- this is a falls hazard. Don’t bother calling the reception to ask them to turn the music off at 4am as there is never anyone at the desk for most of the day.
