"I stayed for 6 nights. They did not clean the room, the garbage basket was never emptied in all this days. Breakfast poor selection. Cold room at night. "

"Room dirty with dust and not cleaned after my complaint. Breakfast and dinner are very basic with no minimum chouce of foods. It is a real shame and disgraceful for a supposed 4* hotel. The only positive point is the location. "

"From the photo it looked like we would have a fantastic view from our room but that was not the case. After we entered the office to check in we were greeted with very old decor but no body around, after waiting for about 5 minutes we were greeted by a friendly man who had to keep calling the owner to answer our questions. We went and checked the room to find it extremely small, no view and two single beds. Thankfully the restaurant had an amazing view and the food was great. We did feel ripped...

"En fin gammal herrgård med fina rum i annexet. Bra med kyl och kök. Sköna sängar och en jättebra frukost med allt från flera sorters youghurt, fil och flingor, bröd och pålägg, till kokta ägg, bacon och äggröra, gott kaffe och croissanter. En fin vistelse i Torpshammar. Tack för det!"
