"First, I got lost a number of times trying to locate the guest house On the first morning I arrived at the dining hall at 09h00 by then most of the breakfast had been eaten, I had to make do with some slices of bread and cheese which I asked for in the Kitchen. She doesn't drive and they helped to pick her up at the airport and drop off..i wanted to surprise her with a spa and they referred me to a wonderful Juju Beauty spa who did an excellent job too....thank you so much to the staff for good communication and very helpful "

"Admittedly, I was at first concerned when driving in from the main road. But upon arrival, all concerns were put aside. The staff was the most friendly and helpful that I have encountered in recent travels. Breakfast was absolutely great. One should also consider taking evening meal here as well. I would highly recommend making reservations while stay in Maseru."

"I stayed for a night. The aircon works and is quiet, which is a big bonus for summer. Staff are friendly and obliging. Pricing is very affordable. However, numerous small repair issues point to a lack of care and pride. Fortunately i needed to get up early, as from 5.45am there are noises from music and staff that may disturb you. The bed is fine but pillows tired. Curtain are very thin so at night there is always outside light coming in."

"The accommodation is well priced and ideally located close to town and a shopping mall. May be difficult to find though, at least for me as there is another place with an identical name in Maseru (Abia) that my car navigator took me to."

All our needs were catered for and we got all the things we needed for our comfortable stay in time and always with a smile from a staff obviously dedicated to high standards of customer service and satisfaction. "The staff was welcoming. We were however asked for our credit card when we arrived, even though the room was already paid fully through Expedia. We got worried of being charged twice. We got breakfast through room service the first morning, but not the second for some unknown reason. When we noticed the staff we waited over 30 minutes to get our breakfast.
