"There was hairs in the bed upon check in, and it was very clear the carpet floors were vacuumed. Dropped something under the floor and it rolled slightly under the bed and we were greeted with used condoms and wrappers. Also our upstairs neighbour was running, jumping and bouncing something off the floor so loudly that it was vibrating our bed. "We stayed here on our way to Vancouver BC. The hotel was close enough to spend a day in Seattle and return for the night. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They even texted during our stay to see if we needed anything. The room was large enough for 3 adults to comfortably stay. Bed was comfy and room was spotless. 5 stars does not do it just. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and had breakfast. Food was excellent. Grounds were clean. We felt safe. Would highly recommend. We checked out...
