Toilet leaked water, loud train right outside the window, couldn’t use the beach bathrooms, hot tub was broken, had no water in it and front desk staff told us we could still use it, beach attendant caused issues and tried to kick us out of the chairs we had been in for 3 hours since he rented them even though we were in them, electricity flickers and is super sketchy. Do not recommend. "

It’s about a 30 minute walk into the Harbour area well worth it many restaurants in the market. This hotel has a small boutique type and the staff are fabulous. Its location is between go grottemarre and s bennitino both train stations that can get you to Ankona airport a cab is about €20. As well as a full range of restaurants opposite there is a pub less than 100 m away go to Sherwood run by an Italian family who made us most welcome "
