"No English. No one ever at the desk. Couldnt tell me which coffee was decaf or regular. Heat running 24/7. Had to have window open at night in winter as it was 75 degrees. Attached restaurant served frozen gluten free bread, never brought a water after asking 3 separate x if I received it. Weird parking lot in gravel mud etc. Workers not fir hotel but contracting company peeing outside by my car so I had to wait to go get it. One of the first experiences of a hotel stay I've ever had."

"The hotel is an odd combination of minimart, gas station and hotel - but it worked out great. We were traveling through Bastogne to visit the WWII museum, which was fantastic. This was one of the few hotels available. We had our doubts at first but in the end the hotel was perfect for us. Helpful staff, large rooms and well priced.
Definitely and good choice for anyone visiting the area."

Prima, ruime, schone kamer met uitzicht op de hele lengte van de straat. Eén raam is voorzien van hor en beide ramen voorzien van rolluiken.
Het hotel ligt tegenover het stadhuis.
Er zijn enkele P-plaatsen voor de deur.
In het hotel is een mooi restaurant, waar wij niet hebben gegeten. Daar werd het ontbijt geserveerd: aan tafel.
Goed voorzien: 2 soorten brood, croissant, jam en kaas, vleeswaren en een eitje. Beetje jammer dat het eitje al koud was. Op tafel...

"We're a bit in the middle about this hotel. It looked lovely from the pictures, add to that the reviews and it was an easy choice, unfortunately on a Sunday the bar and restaurant are closed which wasn't obvious via hotels.com. This made the experience not as it could have been. Still a great sleep and clean hotel. Breakfast was nice, they serve great coffee.
Not a lot of interaction was had with staff so we can't comment on this"
"Het was een prima hotel vriendelijke mensen, maar de badkamer is wel echt toe aan restoratie tegeltjes die loslaten, voegen die eruit komen, kitranden die niet meer goed zijn. Badkamer was wel echt bagger maargoed voorderest lekker genoten hier."
