"We stayed at Hotel Corso for 3 nights. The first night we were put in room 23 which faces the outdoor area. It was full of loud students using it as a social hub - till after 11.00 pm. Someone from the hotel eventually came up and told them to leave, but ruined our sleep. In the morning we asked to be moved, which happened without any problems. We slept well the next two nights. The staff person was insistent and rude. Finally, when I said I wanted a refund, she relented and allowed us to register. "The hotel is listed as being in Sorano. It is not located there. It is located in the village of Sovano, about 10 miles away. We finally found someone that spoke a little English that knew about the hotel but it was in a different village! When we arrived the hotel was closed and appeared to have been closed for a long time. Fortunately, we met someone that took us to another hotel in the same village."
