"Nice hotel with very good location - 10 minutes walk into the city center and 20 minutes walk to the lake. They provide a big garage for bicycles and very good and quality breakfast. The only thing I was missing was a fridge in the room, otherwise we had a really good stay."

"Good location in the old town area. Room was quite large and breakfast was very good. Check-in closes at 8pm (strange). Our train was delayed so we knew we wouldn’t be there before 8pm. I called head of time and they arranged to have our room key put in a lock box at the front door. Certainly there is no staff in sight after 8pm. There is no A/C in the room and even in May it was pretty stuffy (I did notice a fan in the closet though). "

"Great views, cool crisp air, good food and service, nice trails nearby...just refreshing. We really enjoyed the overall great hospitality. Highlights: the shower is amazing, the bathroom looks newly renovated and they had an elevator. No real downside other than I thought the bed was too firm but that's personal preference."

"Very mixed feelings. We got the family room for 4 people, room nr 1. There was a lot of mold in the room... We couldn't believe the owner wanted to have people sleep in there. He mentioned he didn't know, but it wasn't from just a week ago... We complained and got 2 rooms. These we fine. Very basic furniture. Breakfast was OK, but the room was cold. There sure is still a lot of work to do to get it up to standard, but for 1 night it's OK. Just not in room nr 1!!!"

Netter Kurort, mit größeren Renovierungsarbeiten (Schwimmbad geschlossen). In der Umgebung sehenswerte Kirche in Hejnice, Schloss Frydland leider im Winter geschlossen. "

"Had I booked the room we were given, my review would be much more positive. The room was nice, clean, stylishly decorated; the only issue (a slight one) was a kind of weird smell in the bathroom and only a half-roll of the TP. The problem is that we booked, and paid for, a different room - a large one with king-size bed in the main building, not this smaller one with queen only in a separate building (not a long distance away, just a minute of walking) with no receptionist present. "A great village to stay in for excellent peace and quiet - lovely countryside and grweat nearby local eateries. One problem - the room was not cleaned everyday and we had to ask for the cleaner to come in and clean up ... it was cleaned once ... after that not again!! "
