"Nothing wrong with hotel, staff or cleanliness, the only thing I take issue with is it’s treated like a theme park. Pay to play, if you want to do anything other than what’s included with your stay at the country club-it’s going to cost you. The other thing is I paid for the “Mountain View”"

"Nice big room. Great breakfast"

"First I have to say we went in rain season. Limited staff. Had 1 flat sheet and charged 300 pesos for duvet. First night the floor was covered in ants. Thousands of them. Minute feet hit floor they were crawling over you. In the suitcases and on the sheets. Had a big jumping spider in the towel that was 1 inch across. I understand the pool not being relaxing as rain season but it was not inviting as it was green and full of leaves. Zip line was closed, hiking was not an option but the pool...

"It’s the only decent hotel resort in Rosario so it’s my go-to when I come to visit. Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful Nice pool exclusive for hotel guests Restaurant on-site Strong A/C Strong Water Pressure Close to town proper Getting a tricycle or jeep is easy Bed, sheets, comforter and pillows are decent Provides bathroom essentials Cons: WiFi is horrible, pretty much non-existent. Stayed here probably 10 times and no matter what room I’m in, the WiFi signal strength was poor. Not...

"I highly recommend - I'll go back again !"

"Worth the money"

"Wifi was compromised, started receiving scam calls the second i connected to the wifi. The walls were dirty and unclean. The ceiling had cobwebbs with insects and debris inside. The breakfast served was just ordered from the McDonald's next door. The bathroom smelled, and the neighboring unit had really bad case of vomiting very loudly next door. As if thats not all bad enough, they used angle grinders to do remodel during our stay. Dont pay the rate they ask on the site."

"We enjoyed the pool, but there were a lot of leaves. The room was not clean enough, especially the outdoor toilets; there was even poop that was not cleaned. The place is beautiful, and the beach itself could improve in cleanliness as well as the service at the reception and kitchen, where the staff seemed unfriendly."

"Room is fair . The only issues I had was when there was a shooting and the staff did not advised me even in the middle of the night they were so loud. And tjere was a big cockroach in the restroom which ruined my whole stay."

"Hotel room was very dirty and small. There were also a lot of mosquitoes and the AC unit didn't work very well, so I was bit even before we were able to settle in. Consequently, we ended up not staying at this hotel. Probably won't be booking there again nor via Travelocity again, unfortunately. There should be more accurate and updated information regarding this venue on Travelocity.com so customers can make a better informed decision on reservation, considering this was a non-refundable...

"Worth a visit if in the region, little slice of history."

"Nice overall. Problems; 1. Poor Wi-Fi 2. Noisy hotel next door (karaoke). 3. No maid service with sign on door indicating service desired. "

"Close to transport"
