"The hotel is located in a beautiful area and has a great potential. The room was nice, clean, with a huge terrace. Unfortunately, the water of the bathroom was cold or on the best days tepid, with nearly no pressure, which made showers unpleasant and challenging. The breakfast was particularly underwhelming, the personnel was not unpleasant but also not particularly welcoming. The WiFi, supposedly limited to public areas was in fact not working. "Lovely little hotel in a beautiful setting. The view from our balcony was stunning. Quiet and friendly, away from the hustle and bustle of burst Sorrento. The narrow little road down to Marina di Puolo seems a challenge, but the complimentary shuttle service to/from either the car park part way down or the bus stops on the main road make it perfectly good, and add to the charm of the tiny village."

"Very nice place. It was a shame the pool was not open but it was the shoulder season. Staff were very nice and helpful and breakfast was good. Cleaning of the room very effective. The balcony could use a bit more cleaning of the floor as I tracked dirt in when I used it. When does the pool generally open as I would like to return with my wife when it does?"
