"3rd floor. No elevator. A/c was old . Cover was hanging off. Shower was small. Had a plastic mat , that was dirty. Had a hard tv with the tv. Receptionist said she was going to fix a/c & tv never did. Also asked to change room to lower floor. Her response was no, because we booked an economy room with Expedia. And we couldn’t lock door. We checked out a day earlier. 6 flights of stairs."

"In a18th century building nicely renovated with a gorgeous terrace with a breathtaking ocean view and within walking distance to historic district of Tropea. The only downside is no elevator but it's only one floor. "

"Pros- Good view of ocean, good location. Cons- None of the amenities listed were there. Parking is street parking so hopefully there’s a spot, if not you’ll have to hunt a space. There was no WiFi signal in the room. Pool and Spa don’t even exist at the property. The rooms aren’t great and you can hear everything on the outside. "We booked into Residence Pietre Bianche for 4 nights and so glad we did. Our apartment was on the top floor (2nd floor) and had amazing views over the water especially the magnificent sunsets. We were very comfortable a large comfortable double bed and a single fold out sofa bed. We didn’t bother cooking as we opted for half board at the fabulous onsite Me Restaurant. Food was really good. Nu-ti dau nici o informatie despre hotel, servicii etc. Pentru ca aveam masa la capatul restaurantului, asteptam 1,5ore (!!!) pana la servirea meniului principal (cu 2 copii mici!! ). Cand, dupa 75 minute de asteptare, am cerut sa ni se aduca si noua mancarea (tot restaurantul mancase deja !), ne-au fost aduce doar 2 portii si aruncate (la propriu) pe masa...apoi, am renuntat sa mai asteptam...Parerea mea e ca, daca nu ai mai fost pana acum la mai putin de 4 stele si...

"Sehr nette, hilfsbereite, zuvorkommende und unkomplizierte Betreuung. Vielen herzlichen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Wohnung war im Bereich auf der anderen Strassenseite. Sehr ruhig und wunderschöne Terrasse. Einzig war auf dieser Seite der Anlage die WLAN-Verbindung nicht sehr gut. Am Poolbereich war diese jedoch einwandfrei. Der "private" dazugehörende Strandbereich ist einer der schönsten in der Gegend. Die Zufahrtsstrasse zur Anlage ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber alle...
