"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

Consiglierei di migliorare alcune cose: intorno alla piscina, specialmente dalla parte in cui l'acqua è più profonda, far passare qualcuno per dare una spazzata, è piena di semi di palma che danno fastidio durante il cammino; a fine stagione quando svuotate la piscina passare della resina trasparente per tenere incollate le pietre nella parte bassa della pisciana. Per il resto tutto perfetto. "
