"Fitness room and equipment are excellent. The only thing I felt was lacking was the opportunity for a real sit down hot breakfast of some type. Doesn’t need to be anything elaborate and could easily be some type of self service. Other than a man smoking a cigar one the beach, we thought everything else was very good."

"Great location in TC. Older hotel with nice furnishings. But our particular room was squeezed in a corner of the hallway, and it was cramped inside. Also, there is only room service every third day, so you have to reuse the cheap towels that they give you. We were in a double queen room but only had 2 towels. There were only two of us, but we needed more towels because these were thin. Also, no sheer curtains for privacy. Only blackout part or nothing."

"It was a good stay. I would streamline check-in so its faster and less hassle. You give them a credit card for an extra charge, then they ask you if you want to use the same card for parking.. 5 minutes later. Why, not all at once, and what hotels have pay for parking? I know its a water park, but if you're staying there. You have 2 people checking in and out towels, yet it a slow process with a line during rush... really could have 3 scanners with 3 PCs? "

"We had a wonderful stay this past weekend. The house is beautiful and very clean and it’s such a peaceful area. There was plenty of room for myself, my husband, and our two teen boys. The kids loved it and we had a great time just hanging out and playing foosball in the basement. This place was also close to all the adventures of Traverse City which was a huge bonus."
