"We booked Shutters for a 3 day beach trip. The staff were all very helpful. The poolside room we stayed in was clean and had ample room. The only "bad" thing was the toilet. It was loud. We joke every time flushing it. "Whoosh!" The complimentary breakfast was available. There were a bit of options. I would stay at Shutters again for that price point."

"Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and they explained the resort to us. The rooms were very clean and we had our miniature Daschund with us and she loved the balcony the most. "Breakfast area was well staffed and maintained. Ramp up to the beach access was a big plus. It might be nice to add a connection from the pool area across to the beach access."

"My reservation included food vouchers which I never received. I asked multiple front deck clerks for the vouchers and was told that the manager was not available but he would call me. No call. And as if it couldn't get worse, I'm see extra charges on my credit card."
