"The hotel is ok. You have to leave a deposit or leave your passport with reception, deposit is 500k which I didn’t know about. The room is ok, breakfast was ok. Staff seem unhappy."

"The room was fine, the location ok on our way to the airport. The pool area was kind of dirty. I was charged an extra 10$ for a extra bed for my kid even though I specified we only needes the room for day use. Were unflexible on check in time. Would not recommend because the serivce was not accomodating. But 3 stars because they did prepare a take away breakfast (which was well intentioned but not very good). Needs hospitality training."

"A NASTY MOLDY SMELLY. THE PICTURES ARE NOT UPDATED.ONLY 2 PLUGS ONE IN TYE BATHROOM AND ONE HIGH ON THE WALL FOR THE TV.THE PHONE IN THE ROOM DONT WORK.EVEN IF I HAD A DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON THE DOOR,SOMEONE STILL TRIED COMING INTO THE ROOM AND WAS SUPRISED TO SEE ME THERE,SHE CLAIMED SHE WAS COMING TO LEAVE WATER.POOL PUMP ISNT WORKING,DIRTY POOL WONT RECOMMEND GETTING IN. .I WOKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO FIND A ROACHES DANCING ACROSS THE ROOM,HAIR WAS ALL OVER THE FLOOR WHEN I FIRST...

"Traveling solo this was an excellent location, easy to walk to the beach and An Thuong neighborhood all the tourist sites and everything right outside the door. The room was clean although the hotel is a little older. They do a good job of keeping it together and making it nice the staff is very friendly and the breakfast were very nice touch. I would stay here again."
