"I usually do not write bad reviews. We arrived at 3 pm, the owner was clearly bothered by our presence. He wanted to retain our Ids until the next day—a no go. The room had a temperature of 35 degrees and the a/c did not work. Our complaint was answered tha a/c only is available between 6pm and 5am. The hotel is situated in what looks like a war zone. "La colazione è scarsa servita in un bar poco vicino alla struttura , l’ingresso alla SPA non è incluso nel prezzo preventivato dalla prenotazione ma h un costo supplementare ( anche se il titolare gentilmente ci ha spiegato la problematica e ci faceva entrare gratis."

"Very lovely setting. We had a hotel room with balcony overlooking the Adriatic which allowed us to sunbathe in private. Though built in the last 20 yrs., the smell of bathroom mold required our keeping a window open all night which was great for listening to the gentle lapping of the waves. Easy walk across to beach. Property was favored predominantly by Eastern Europeans. No decaf coffee available. A memorably awful croissant for breakfast. Gorgeous area of Italy but fine dining is not to be...
