"Hotel is though at distance from city but there is a bus stop just at 200 meters with regular bus service to Rebibbia and then 15 minutes metro journey to Roma Termini. Hotel is good but reception staff and Kitchen staff service is amazing. Ilenia at Reception helped on Public transport, guided very well on Rome attractions and helped on Taci booking for odd hours flight. Room cleaning service is good. There is a nearby Gym as well. "Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Only issue was accessing the hotel, the main entrance is off of the highway. You can access the hotel through a street but will have to walk through a gate, parking there before the gate is not monitored. Good stay overall. "

"I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a little far from Rome center, but there's a bus you can take right from the hotel parking lot that takes you to Tiburtina metro. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Star."

"The hotel was not as described in hotels.com: First, Was rated as 3star in Hotels.com, but the property is only 2star. Second, The hotels.com app allowed selecting this hotel for a family of 5, but all the rooms cannot accommodate more than 4. On Breakfast they served dry bread. We had to ask for fresh one, bud had to wait long until it was ready. Other than that, it was ok. "

"OK. Where do I even begin!! Customer service was great. Room was clean and tidy. That is all the positives. Now for the real stuff. Upon arrival I went to my room and it was hot. I asked them to turn on the AC. They said they could not because it was against the law??? What?? They are not allowed to use AC in the Winter. They told me to open my windows.
