"Hotel is a bit dated but ok. Could mildly hear conversation in next room. Bathroom a bit small. Tiny shampoo etc. bottles are not only environmentally undesirable but just plain hard to get even a minute amount of fluid out of -- strong squeeze required. Just go to big bottles on the wall like other hotel chains are doing. "

When I checked in they asked me if I wanted my room cleaned every day & since I have a toddler I said yes, we got our room cleaned ONCE in five days of staying there! No free breakfast EVERYTHING we wanted to eat had to be bought, even the coffee! So upselled and NOT WORTH the price, the food was subpar! Also, mu daughter who traveled with us decided to pay for her own room once we got there, I paid...

"My complaint was that we did not have extra towels. We stayed for 3 nights. We asked for towels but did not deliver."
