"This hotel is fantastic. Spotlessly clean with the comfiest pillows I’ve ever slept on. I even took a photo of the label so I could try and buy one back home. There’s a vending machine in the lobby and tea and coffee facilities. The shuttle bus is a people carrier and it’s only a few minutes from the airport. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I don’t think I will ever go to Bilbao again but if I do I will definitely be staying here. ♥️"

"Spent one night before an early flight. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was excellent. No hot eggs, but fresh fruit, bread and the variety was good. Much better than expected! The shuttle was a bit confusing. It parked where cars park for drop off. It was black (in US Holiday Inn shuttles are white) and I never saw the logo, which doesn’t mean it’s not there. Luckily my friend saw it, while I was checking out a different van. It does seem to come pretty often, 15 minutes or so."

"I don’t know if all the rooms are the same but after a very long day and the usual stresses of flying the one thing you need is sleep. Not possible in the room I was in. Everything was great until it was time to switch the lights off. Directly above my bed was the brightest green “Exit” sign I had ever seen. No matter how I tried to position myself in the bed the bright light was beaming into my eyes. It was so bright it lit up the whole room. In the end the only thing I could do to escape it...

"Hôtel parfaitement situé à proximité de commerces, de la rivière, de restaurants. A une distance à pied raisonnable du musée Guggenheim en marchant le long de la rivière... Hôtel très agréable avec un personnel très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est frais et varié avec une mention spéciale pour Maria qui a accepté de nous servir en dehors des heures prévues malgré notre erreur de timing. Je recommande vivement."
