"We arrived before check-in time. Our Villa wasn't ready yet, but we were allowed to use the pool, which was very much appreciated as it was a beautiful sunny day.
The Villa was clean and had all the amenities (fridge, coffee, tea, sugar, kettle etc) needed for a relaxing stay.
The gardens looked amazing and we enjoyed a couple of swims in the nice pool. Dinner at the restaurant was very delicious.
We loved the location so close to the airport, which meant we were able to walk from the hotel to...
"Super convenient for overnight stays or day-room use, literally down the street from Nadi airport. Free shuttle service provides easy pickup and return from/to the terminal. On site restaurant, bar, and coffee bar. Our only critique would be the location of the so-called quiet pool and hot tub. It's right next to the open-air restaurant. Not sure how that qualifies as a quiet space."
"My whole family who traveled with me love this hotel in Fiji, Absolutely a lovely, nice; friendly hotel and definitely will come back to Nalagi if possible. We love the morning breakfast and the infinitive pool on the top roof; the view for Fiji was amazing. Staff at hotel are also friendly; helpful and super nice to guests. A very nice experience to stay at Nalagi hotel ; I would recommend to anyone who would visit Fiji."
"The resort is situated in a quiet spot in a less commercialised area of Wailoaloa beach which for us was exactly what we wanted.
There is a convenient shuttle bus that for a fee will take you into Nadi town or other places of interest for a reasonable charge?
The gardens in the property are extremely well kept.
We stayed in the new building rather than the wooden beach hats. They were spacious and clean although quite “tired”. The bed was very large and extremely comfortable 10/10
The air...
"Extremely disappointing experience — not worth the price
This resort may have a good reputation overseas, but our actual experience was completely different. For US$528 for just one night, the standard of accommodation and service was nowhere near what we expected.
The room was dirty and had a very unpleasant smell. The sheets and bedding did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and there were ants crawling around the pillows and bed. There were also mosquitoes inside the room, and I...
"Rooms in poor condition, alot of mould in the bathrooms. We were booked for 4 nights, but ended up checking out after one day. Could not stay due the condition."
"Gorgeous Bure, right on the beach. Indoor/outdoor shower and bath. Be careful not to slip in the shower on residue left by cleaning product.
Staff are always warm and smiling but not always as helpful as they could be. Sometimes had to make several requests before I could get a straight answer, e.g., is it possible to watch the AFL grand final?"
