1. Poorly designed entrance: The main entrance faces sideways rather than the street and is beside a clothing store with mannequins, making it easy to mistake the entrance as part of the shop. As a first-time guest, I was unsure how to enter, and no staff were nearby to assist.

"Very recent refit and the rooms are well appointed with a spectacular view of the golf course I’d definitely recommend getting a room facing the golf course. Otherwise the Oakwood lounge on the top floor offers the same views. It is well situated in the middle with Brinchang area north and Tanah Rata south of hotel.
The staff are very helpful and even emailed me with a pdf file of must do’s. Easy to use Grab to get out to the attractions and for other restaurants. The breakfast is ok.

"The price and the condition of the hotel doesnt match. Really need a major renovation. Asking for a king bed but end up being sent to two single bed. Didnt notify upfront. Furthermore i was there the whole time while waiting for check in at 3 pm but the guy at the front counter didnt tell me upfront that i have to give a deposit of Rm 100 in cash. The walkway was dirty and filthy. I can get a better place if im at the other place. Not recommended"
