"The price and the condition of the hotel doesnt match. Really need a major renovation. Asking for a king bed but end up being sent to two single bed. Didnt notify upfront. Furthermore i was there the whole time while waiting for check in at 3 pm but the guy at the front counter didnt tell me upfront that i have to give a deposit of Rm 100 in cash. The walkway was dirty and filthy. I can get a better place if im at the other place. Not recommended"
"When we were checking in the woman from the counter made me sign 2 papers. I wanted to know what I was signing. Small letters and a lot of text. She never told me and repeated 3 times “just sign”. She was rude. The other staff members were really friendly. The room smelled really bad. We left the window open for 5 hours but still smelled really bad. We arrived at the breakfast at 9:30 am and almost all the good food was gone. And the food that remained was cold. We would not recommend the hotel"
"There is a Aeon Mall & Supermarket in 5 mins walking distance; that is the best point of the hotel. Limited hotel car park hence I have to park outside hotel which is chargeable.

"I recently stayed at Regalodge hotel for my first time in Ipoh. The first impression is the hotel has the old-school feeling of hotels were back like 30 years ago. The staff were friendly and helpful, when my phone was stuffing up, they recommended me to take it to a phone repair shop if it stopped working.
