"Das Hotel liegt etwa fünf Gehminuten von U-Bahn und Tram entfernt. Es liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und vielseitig. Die Zimmer waren wie in der Beschreibung angegeben und völlig in Ordnung."

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen und es gab nur an einer Stelle Steckdosen aber es ist sehr sauber, man konnte gut schlafen und man hat alles was man braucht.
Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr ausreichend und es wurde ständig nachgefülllt."

My only frustration was that they provide a Nespresso machine but no pods/coffee to use. Most apartments or hotels provide such."
"We advised, on booking, that one of our party is disabled and were told there were no ground floor rooms, which was fine. It is, after all a 15th C building. However, we were astounded to find on checking in, that the door to our room was in the attic, 68 steps up on the 4th floor. This is where the bathroom was located. And then....the room itself was a further flight of steps up. This meant we had to plan each day so that we would be out all day as we could only manage all the stairs once....
"Centrally located, just outside of Old Town. Close to tram and metro stations. Easily walkable to major attactions. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are amazing. Room temperature wel controlled by air coditioning. I would highly recommend to anyone."
