"The property was in an excellent location, convenient for exploring on foot, and the space was quiet and comfortable overall. However, the check-in process was confusing, and it took nearly two hours to reach customer service after arriving. When we finally got through, we spoke with someone at a different hotel who helped us arrange luggage storage. There was also someone on-site who was pleasant and helpful, though not always available. Our biggest concern was the bathroom, which had...

"The Apartment was very well kept and clean although the kitchen could have done with a few more equipment. The location was excellent and close to all Amenities and beach. Daily Housekeeping was a bonus. The reception staff were friendly and attentive. Negatives- The beds in the second room were two singles put together and kept separating when sleeping. Also the water system was a bit of a let down as after the second person there was no hot water left to shower. The rooms had aircon and a...

"Nice hotel. Great location"

"AC wasn’t working so very loud at night"

"Location is excellent! The rest was ok but one thing I didn’t accept is when I asked for a roll of toilet paper in case we run out. They responded “that will be extra cost” (toilet paper is an essential amenity) And the shower needs a little painting and maybe a new faucet (it would take at least 5 Mins to get hot water. The washing machine very clean and new"

"On arrival, airport conditioning and elevator were not working. As a 64 year old with arthritic ankles, I had to drag my heavy suitcase up 3 floors to my room. Air con was broken all night (as was elevator) so I sweated all night and got little sleep. Went out in morning (walking down and up stairs still to/from breakfast - great breakfast btw). Returned in the evening to be told it was fixed. But not in my room! Rude staff member insisted it was my fault for 'playing' with controls. It was...

"The property is very central to all cafes and shops, the bathroom needs an update other than that it was just what we needed"
