"We keep saying we won't go there again but this time we mean it. It is very conveniently place on the edge of a large retail park. The rooms are clean, the staff are pleasant but there are just too many problems with the rooms. This time the air conditioning didn't work so there was a fan in the room, there was a stron smell of smoke. There hsve been problems in the past with the door locks do now they have installed a key sytem but unfortunately the key is vrry dtiff and it is difficult to...

"The room was comfortable and breakfast was nice. We walked to all the restaurants nearby and not one was open (Tuesday evening). We finally drove to several more (also all closed) before finally finding a fast-food place that we had to settle with. We weren't sure why everything was closed."

"Everything was great. The atmosphere was tranquil, and relaxed, the decor interesting, and the gardens fabulous for relaxing in for food and drinks. Location is convenient. Friendly and very efficient staff. "

"Very nicely appointed hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are large, but the bathrooms seem to be set up mainly for the elderly, with grab handles, very high seated toilets. Our room had a very nice, large bath, but a tiny shower head that pulled out of the bath on a hose with no where to hang it and no shower curtain. No good if you want a shower. Food in the restaurant was very good. Would stay there again. But would request a room with a decent shower."

"A lovely 3* hotel. Immaculately clean, well presented and with excellent service. The fit out of the rooms is new and well maintained; it is a little functional (rather than boutique), in keeping with many modern hotels, but is enhanced by lots of little touches of colour and style (paintings, bed runners, etc). The beds were very comfortable. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent (but if you want frog legs, you'll need to order those in advance!)"

"We stayed in other Ibis Styles hotels before and this one was not a great experience. The first room we have been given was not cleaned and very dusty, luckily the staff were very understanding and relocated us in a better room. The general stay was OK but not the best for the same hotels chain. "

"Property was quaint and very country. Faucet in bathroom dripped all night, bed pillows very uncomfortable. The staff was amazing and the food was great though! So happy staff spoke English. Would stay again."
