The location is very nice with an amazing view of the surounding mountains and cliff. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night.
We saw many animals on the way and around the lodge (monkeys, impalas, gnou, mangusts and a rare red deer) with a particular enjoyable wake-up when opening the curtains: a girafe standing and drinking in front of the terrasse at 6 am."
"We had a one night stay at Safari Moon and we are so glad we did! This is such a warm, lovely boutique lodge with the kindest staff and clean beautiful rooms. We had a couples massage and it was fantastic! As a type 1 Diabetic, they absolutely tweaked the menu to accommodate my needs and it was terrific! This is a very special place and if we ever find ourselves any where near Hoedspruit, do not hesitate to stay at Safari Moon...you won't regret it!"
"Heerlijke en vooral rustige ligging in een chaletpark aan de Olifanstrivier. Vanuit de tuin kun je nijlpaarden, vervetmonkeys, nyala´s en nog veel meer andere dieren zien lopen. Ook veel vogels aan de rivierkant.
Vriendelijke hulp.
Het enige jammere is dat wij 300 ZAR per wasbeurt een beetje aan de dure kant vonden. Gelukkig zijn daar andere alternatieven voor.
We komen zeker terug! Genoten!!!!
