"Great staff, okay rooms "

"Extremely disappointed with the service as we had called before hand to ask about the amenities and they said everything is available, however, after reaching the hotel, no amenities were available except the pool which was extremely dirty and full of chlorine. Table tennis and pool table was promised in the pictures but completely broken at the property. Staff was rude to is quite a lot of times especially during check out. "Approach to hotel is very very poor, not visible from road, Google map also does not leave you at hotel, BSNL & jio network is seldom available. Beds and ac is comfortable other furniture is in ramshackle shape.no mirror in bathroom, hot water is available, wash basin is out of bathroom. They do not accept cards, either only cash or UPI."

"Mostly I like property that has no high hill side and has no lower hill side that is at middle side. Spa fascility provided by only one women there should be more girls. Kids play area has very few instruments like see saw. There should be more options. Swimming pool has excellent fascility. "

"We booked the standard room, which is very small and had a unclean toilet. When we tried to leave, hotel upgraded the room. That room was good. The water heater was broken. Room, bed-sheets was clean. We did not try non-veg food at restaurant, but, veg food was average. Complementary breakfast was great. Overall I will give 3.5 out of 5.0 rating."

Despite booking two AC rooms, one of the rooms did not even have a working air conditioner. Given the condition of both the rooms and the...

"We had booked the hotel from 14th to 16tth April through hotels.com according to which we were to pay the cost of booking at the hotel itself. The credit card amount was blocked, however. Shortly after a few days I got a call from Treebo that I needed to pay 50 per cent of the amount to secure the reservation for 3 rooms; accordingly, I did. Thereafter I made several requests to the property to ensure the rooms were given had good views. On the appointed date we reached, only to be told the...
