"Accommodation was brilliant. The only thing that let it down was the hours the bar opened. They only open 10am-5pm. And shut for lunch at 1pm-130pm. And you will take you life in your own hands if you try and disturb the bar staffs lunch!!!! "

"Apart from the hiccups with the check in process, everything else about the apartment was fantastic. Very spacious and clean apartment with good view of the sea. Easy access to local restraurants,bus stand and taxi station which was just across the hotel. However, there were noise from the bar downstairs late in the night which can be a problem if you're staying right above. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend. "

Estuvimos en la habitación standard azul, y es muy ruidosa, tanto por los aviones como por la gente que se deja la puerta de la entrada abierta. La ducha estaba rota. El servicio de check in mejorable, no hay nadie y las indicaciones no son muy buenas, las instrucciones estaban mal escritas, no solo para nosotros si no para los que hacían el check in mientras estábamos en la piscina, que tenían las mismas instrucciones de...

"We had a lovely holiday at the BlueBay Lanzarote and would recommend it. The staff were really nice and the location was good. There was always plenty of food to choose from and it was nice during our week. We did see some repetition of choice but were able to choose things from the grill which made sure we were well catered for. No sign of any insects which was very good and having been there, we think many of the lower reviews were far too harsh. Thanks to all the team at the BlueBay...

"Great, friendly staff, very clean and very close to beaches and the shopping centre. Pool is normally empty, probably due to temperature. Plenty of sunbeds. Only a 5 min drive to airport. Good place to plane watch"

"Really big spacious apartments, pool area is big always managed to get a sun bed when coming back from a walk in the middle of the day. Activities for the children and the hotel cleaners were always busy offering to clean and replenish rooms"
