"The view overlooking the Ancient Roman Amphitheater is incredible! The restaurants within walking distance are amazing (too numerous to try all). The morning breakfast in the courtyard was lovely. I didn’t understand that children aren’t allowed to use the hotel spa and steam room. But otherwise had a great time. Also I don’t think I ever figured out how to use the French lock and key."
"Hotel Splendid was in a good location, we found parking in the residential streets less than 5 mins walk away. Sea view room was nice to have. Bedroom was good, nice linen and towels and comfy bed. Nice extras, kettle, tea biscuits and water.
Bathroom was a little dated but was fine. Nice to have a heated radiator for wet clothes.
Staff at reception were all friendly and helpful."

"Lovely French hotel with ideal location to the old town and to the train station. Only two minutes to the Rhone river and to many restaurants. Wonderful breakfast."
