"We enjoyed our stay at Sorell Hotel Arabelle Bern in July 2026. The hotel is located conveniently near public transportation (2 minute walk to bus stop for a quick 5 minute ride to Bern Train Station) and close to local shops/cafes. The room size was adequate and clean and the hotel provided a floor fan to help with the high temps (we were there during a heat wave) since there is no A/C in the rooms. The continental breakfast was delicious and fresh and all hotel staff were helpful and friendly....

"The hotel was just alright, still a budget option. The advertised air conditioning is not controlled in your room but centrally by the hotel. Room was still warm and they duscourage opening the windows at night and do not have fans available. No coffee, fridge or hand towels in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you want a better room then try the adjacent Novotel."

"Rummet hade ingen luftkonditionering. Vi fick en fläkt för två rum (vi var med två barn). Det var ungefär 36 grader Celsius i rummet, öppna fönster hjälpte inte eftersom rummet var väldigt varmt. Natten var en mardröm. Fogmassan ovanför badkaret i badrummet var täckt av mögel. Rummets inredning liknade inte bilderna alls. Rummet var helt enkelt fult. Receptionisten var kall. De enda positiva sakerna med det här stället var hissen, den luftkonditionerade matsalen och bra frukost."

Stanza pulita e completa di tutto. A sette minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus 20 che porta in centro. Abbonamento mezzi pubblici regalato dall'Host. Per il check in basta parlare al citofono con l'Host che vi indica il piano e poi vi spiega di persona tutte le funzioni della camera."

Would stay here again no problem, oh and they do have a nice little light breakfast available that typically costs 17 ch at other hotels weve stayed,"
