"We were welcomed by Mario who was helpful from the first to the last minute of our stay. He speaks Italian, English and German. He assisted with figuring out the boat tours, was friendly and was extremely patient.
The room was comfortable, quiet, clean and perfect for our three-night stay. The hotel is 6-8min walk to Procchio center and Procchio Beach. There are a few restaurants nearby, bus stops to go to the other parts of the island and there is a small supermarket. For us everything was...
"Ancient furniture, the A/C was not working in 100 degrees weather, infested with mosquitoes to mention a few things. I checked out after a couple of hours because it was impossible to survive the heat and humidity in the room. No refund was offered. Check in desk person barely spoke any English. Very disappointing experience, save yourself the trouble and book something else."
"Travelled as a family of 5. Stayed in the family room, with a large bed, 1 small, 1 bunk.
The staff/owners were extremely friendly and helpful, willing to help out in anyway possible. The pool was very nice and clean. Shower pressure was excellent. Breakfast was basics, typical Italian, but good.
It’s a bit far to walk to town regularly, but shuttle was very handy. The beach is one of the nicest, if not the nicest in all Elba. Extremely shallow very far out, sandy bottom the entire way.
