"The room was small and comfortable. Exactly what I needed. I slept fantastic. The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in the shower were great too. Service was fantastic at check-in. And the breakfast was absolutely perfect."
"The hotel seemed fine. But when we arrived, we discovered that it was on a lower level in the airport--possibly below ground. The room was a bit small with no window. Our main issue with the room was the lack of a thermostat. The room felt warm and we were told there was no way to adjust the temperature. Because of that we asked to cancel and move to the regular Comfort Hotel at the airport. The front desk was very understanding and got us a room at that hotel. That room was just fine for our...
"The property was easy to navigate online and even easier in person. Joshy was very helpful and went above and beyond during dinner, securing us a charger for our phone and ensuring our 1st meal in the city was excellent."
"I see a lot of reviews that bemoan a worn-down hotel with threadbare carpets or cracked tile. I feel those reviews, but I also consider how much it costs to update things that people break, even in your own house. This hotel was perfectly serviceable and it was very affordable when I needed it. The bed was comfortable, it was relatively quiet for a downtown area, and the location was great."

"It's literally an abandoned hospital building with hotel furnitures. The hallways smelled terrible, and our room was quite dirty too. The shared bathrooms were from the past century, all dirty and unmaintained. The (wheelchair) accessible toilet didn't have a toilet seat.
It was a terrible experience, don't recommend it to anyone."
"Clean, helpful staff who speak English. Some rooms are across an external corridor and into another section. Ok breakfast, have had better and have had worse. Some fresh fruit which isn't always guaranteed. Coffee not great though. But would stay again if I'm in the area."
"I stayed in a studio and loved the convenience of a mini kitchen. Location is great, next to transport and a shopping centre and just a few stops to Helsinki Central. Staff were very helpful"
"Ihanan rauhallinen ympäristö, kauniisti sisustetut tilat ja paljon tekemistä. Aamupala todella hyvä, tuoretta ja raikasta. Voisimme ehdottomasti tulla uudelleen!"
