"I see a lot of reviews that bemoan a worn-down hotel with threadbare carpets or cracked tile. I feel those reviews, but I also consider how much it costs to update things that people break, even in your own house. This hotel was perfectly serviceable and it was very affordable when I needed it. The bed was comfortable, it was relatively quiet for a downtown area, and the location was great."
"Very clean, modern, and the free shuttle was very convenient although came a bit late. Breakfast was great - scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, and a full european breakfast as well."
"It's literally an abandoned hospital building with hotel furnitures. The hallways smelled terrible, and our room was quite dirty too. The shared bathrooms were from the past century, all dirty and unmaintained. The (wheelchair) accessible toilet didn't have a toilet seat.
It was a terrible experience, don't recommend it to anyone."
"Majoitus itsessään ei ollut kummoinen, mutta lyhyeen oleskeluun ja yön yli nukkumiseen riittävä. Huoneet ja yleiset tilat olivat siistit.
Henkilökunta oli todella avulias ja joustava. Meidän urheilijan takia aamupalaa siirrettiin 30 min aikaisemmaksi, josta olimme kyllä isosti tyytyväisiä.
Lähellä paljon maastoa, järvi ja ulko-aktiviteetteja vaikka koko viikonlopuksi. Hotellin oma sauna ja sisäuima-allas oli positiivinen yllätys.
Aamupala oli suhteellisen laaja ja hyvä.

"Clean, helpful staff who speak English. Some rooms are across an external corridor and into another section. Ok breakfast, have had better and have had worse. Some fresh fruit which isn't always guaranteed. Coffee not great though. But would stay again if I'm in the area."
"I stayed in a studio and loved the convenience of a mini kitchen. Location is great, next to transport and a shopping centre and just a few stops to Helsinki Central. Staff were very helpful"
