After 20 minutes of inaction and repeated study of my booking receipt (on my iPhone), they said they would take 15 minutes to make up my room (confirmed by Max on the phone as the more expensive Deluxe Villa). 30 minutes later, they tried to put me in a Superior Villa. "I was happily enaugh to have some nice weather during my 3days stay end of October. The purpose of this trip was visiting family, besides that visiting the Temple Wat Rong Khun , amazing only 1 hour drive. While here I would like to say thank you to all staff for their kindness and amability as well as a big thank you for housekeepers and to hotel management. 🙏"

But that's not unusual. Breakfast was good. Lots of food and a decent coffee maker. Location good not far from restaurants and the lake for a stroll. "
