"Very convenient location "

"Hotel is a new hotel, so in a good condition. This feedback is for the owner for betterment of the business, not necessarily a criticism. Generally speaking staff is good too. However, the staff needs better training. The hotel room layout and design needs improvement, we had sewage smell in the room which was due to the exhaust - due to room insulation the exhaust would suck the air out of the drainage. "Excellent value for money. I will be staying here the next time I am in Kanchipuram. Walking distance from Kesava Perumal Koil, which was important for me. Breakfast place next to the residency is good and convenient."

"The price an quality doesn't match, this is a basic hotel. Garbage of some party thrown on lawn on the way to Beach, which stinking badly. The resort looks good outside bit rooms are very bad. Not worth for the money spent. "
