"Positives: There was a supply of everything we needed from soaps to rags and towels to dishes. The kitchen and bathroom were clean; the water is excellent, and the freezer dispenses both water and ice. There were live plants and a birdfeeder on the deck, and the grounds were well kept and mostly free of poison ivy.
