"Madeira Beach had been hit with multiple hurricanes last fall and suffered catastrophic damage to a lot of the city. This property suffered pretty badly but this particular unit is a second floor unit and was completely spared. Although it’s small, it is beautiful and very well appointed. The AC is stellar and the short walk to the beach was wonderfully convenient. Also, the short walk to John's Pass meant we didn’t have to pay for parking at the popular tourist destination. "The property was just fine. I do want it to note a couple things although we were only a group of six the condo is rated for 10 occupants. Having only two rolls of toilet paper until we could go get groceries with an inconvenience. Maybe leave two rolls in each of the two bathrooms would be better and wouldn’t cost much more. The other thing is the rug going into the condo is a trip hazard. We had multiple people trip on it and so we rolled it up and put it in the laundry area. A rug is...

"GREAT GREAT location location location. Right across from Johns Pass so you really dont have to drive anywhere. Condo is nice with a nice pool as well. If coming to this area of Florida would rent again."
