"Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely hotel, good amenities as described. Clean, spacious room with a tremendous ocean view! Very safe and centrally located. A/C worked well, room was nice and cool. The bed was very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ortigia."
"The location of the property is great - close walk to the centre of Ortigia and a sea view. Don't be fooled by the photos - the terrace is not connected to any of the rooms and is accessed via the rooftop. Rooms with sea view have a small window only. Decor is very dated and fixtures are old but beds are clean and comfortable. There is an elevator.
Breakfast is ok compared to what we had at other hotels. continental only. Would not pay for it if it wasn't included.

"This was my favorite stay in Sicily! I love the elevator and the staff were really nice and accommodating. I also want to point out the excellent AC inside the room. I would only suggest a bottle of water inside the room and a personal tea/ coffee station."
"A great place to stay for both the areas of Siracusa and Catania. You will need your own transportation but you will enjoy going around an area full of history, natural beauty and wonderful coastline.
Our room was simple but very clean and functional. The ladies in the dining room were amazing - we had delicious breakfasts and enjoyed warm conversations. We will be back again!"

Molto utile il servizio online offerto, per ristoranti e altro .. unica nota un po’ negativa , il parcheggio.. bisogna sempre cercare un pò nelle vie limitrofe,essendo vicino al centro, ma alla fine si trova. Nel complesso molto bene."

"The hotel is in a great location with everything in walking distance. The late check in was easy with our instructions posted on the door and a phone number to call first. We used WhatsApp. The room was clean and the size of a small apartment. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The parking garage was a three minute walk from the hotel. We would stay here again."
