"My family and I were in town for my son’s graduation. This was conveniently located to the University, restaurants, and a mall. The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional. I would stay there again. "

"Stay at the 1842 Inn if you want the vibe of an old southern mansion. It is clean, the rooms are furnished with antiques, yes some plaster is peeling, but the bed is comfortable. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast in the courtyard was enjoyable. I recommend for those that are not too fussy though, since the vibe is definitely OLD southern home."

"I booked this hotel for a business trip based upon the 3 star rating on hotels.com. Upon arrival, the check in was quick but found that i could have stayed the week for 199 instead of 350. The room was a disaster. The mirror had fallen, no toilet paper, no bottom sheet, no trash can. The room stunk and was in horrible repair. Most clientele appeared to be crackheads and no amenities were available. Furniture was worn out and covers torn. Evening clerk packed up and went home and if you called...
