"The hotel location is beautiful, and the outdoor seating area overlooking the lake is amazing. It would be even better if they added more outdoor seating, as it's a great place to relax. "I booked this bed and breakfast the night before the check in date. I arrived at 930pm to find I should have received an access code via email in order to access the property and check in to my room. I did not receive an email with the access code and there was no staff on site. So, at 10pm I had to find other accommodations. I messaged the staff thru the Expedia app and left a voicemail. I’ve still not received a reply or a refund notice for the room night."
