"We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Mara Duma in a triple tent. The tent was right on the Talek River and we slept to the sounds of hippos grunting and frogs. The staff were exceptional - warm, friendly, kind and helpful - and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. "The staff and facilities here are wonderful. If you’re looking for a budget friendly safari, this is it. However, be prepared, there is no WiFi and the meals are limited. Other things like soda, beer, etc, cost extra. It takes some time for the hot water to come in, so start your shower about 10-15 minutes before you actually take one. You also need to book a Safari driver outside of this tented camp, which we had."
